This 180 Ha urban development is set in 4 stages and will ultimately host 10 000 residential units.

The 42 Ha phase 1 is made for 3 500 residential units, 4.5Ha Educational, 0.7Ha Institutional, 0.7 Retail and 6.3 Ha of Open Space. The mixed program of this operation allows for free standing units, demi-detached double storey blocks and four storey mixed-use buildings with residential and ground floor retails.
