PUERTO RICO RESORT

Project: 160 Keys, Bars, Restaurants, Swimming Pools,
Conference Center and Spa

Architect: AW²
Project Architect: Thibault Faÿ

Year: 2013

Budget: unknown

This hotel resort takes place in the lush of the Caribbean’s islands.

The main axis leads to the ocean and gather the main functions of the hotel, the drop-off, reception, library, bar, restaurant and a series of swimming pools.

The natural slope of the ground seems to bring the sea closer and offers incredible sceneries from each suite. The natural beauty of the site has been preserved and the minimal implantation of the buildings allows the indigenous plants to blossom such as the mangrove on the north.

Each key leads to a suite composed by a bedroom area, living room area, large bathroom and walking closet. Each suite can also enjoy an outdoor area with a splash pool and a sala to lay back and relax.
