This beautiful plot is located on the banks of the Jukskei River which gives a flood line constraint, however, this characteristic of the plot becomes a stunning advantage of creating a park on the shore of the river with large trees bringing shade and fresh air for the hot summer days.

The residential building of four storeys plus semi-underground parking is tucked between the park and the dead-end street. This quiet environment gives space for 32 units of two and three bedrooms. The ground floor units enjoy their own large terrace and the top floor units have a loft and a private rooftop. The middle floor units have a balcony hence all units can benefit from an outdoor space.
