This development is located in the south of Johannesburg and is called alternative construction thank to the use of insulated sandwich panels instead of the traditional brick and mortar.

This multi-storey construction development is composed of 414 studio apartments. The technology used gives a good thermal insulation enhancing comfort in summer and winter. The hot water is produced by gas the latter is also used for cooking and reduces the electricity consumption.
