This family beach house is located in the Atlantic shore near Abidjan and benefits from the cross ventilation and large roof overhangs to minimise the use of air conditioning.

The concept of this house is based on the symmetry hence the central area is open and connects all parts of the house together. With the living room, dining room, and lounges widely open outdoor, these reception areas will be the beating heart of the house.

The bedrooms are located on the ground floor and the first floor at each end of the house to grant some distance and independence from the central space. Each room has an outdoor access with private terraces for the upstairs bedrooms.
