ABIDJAN - IVORY COAST

This residential project takes place in two different sites in Abidjan, the Ivory Coast economic capital.

Each building is eight stories high and is hosting apartments from 1 to 5 bedrooms granting a great mix of inhabitant. For each sites the car park is mainly located underground and the visitors parking are located in the ground floor. The common areas are offering a large park and a swimming pool to the residents.

Each apartment has a double orientation and the bathrooms also have windows giving in the circulation core which is open to the natural air, this combination allows an efficient cross-ventilation to bring comfort and reduce air-conditioning usage.

Large balconies in each units are bringing shade on the facade and offers a pleasant outdoor area.
