This is the concept design for a cell phone company head quarter in Bangui.

The four storey building is made from a square where the two halves are offset one another to allow light between the two branches and offer its layout a large flexibility. The compact design of the building also has a low ratio of facade per floor which makes this concept energy efficient. To go in the direction of this environmental concept, the facade wrapping the building has been insulated externally and an external cladding ensures an air gap to keep the building cool. The glazing has also been reduced to manage the solar heat gain and the vertical aesthetic of the windows gives the building a singular identity.
